Remembering we are still sending Sunday traditional and contemporary worship online as usual, here are some UPDATES for this Saturday's 5:00pm Drive-In Worship at church, which is also on Facebook Live!
**Drive-In Worship STILL begins at5:00 p.m. RAIN or SHINEand will still be less than 60 minutes. We ask you to please arrive at least 15 minutes early. As you arrive, please follow the direction of our parking attendants. This week you will park in an actual parking space.
**We will share Holy Communion. As you enter the parking lot, someone with gloves and a mask will offer you as many pre-packaged, sealed, individual, self-contained Holy Communion packets as you need for your car. Each packet contains a wafer of bread and a drink of grape juice for Holy Communion. You may also choose to bring your own bread and drink.
**All cars are asked to be turned off. If you must have your car and a/c on, please tell a parking attendant after they initally direct you to a spot.
**We invite you to bring chairs to sit in directly next to your vehicle, if you desire to be outside your vehicle. You may also want to bring an umbrella to cover you from the sun.
**The worship bulletin for this service is attached here. Printed bulletins will also be available from someone wearing gloves and a mask.
**It will be contemporary music
**The service will be via high definition loud speakers in the parking lot, instead of on your radio for better sound quality.
**Only The Luther Room bathrooms will be open for one family at a time. They are encouraged to be only used for emergencies. We request you maintain a physical distance of 6 feet should you find yourself waiting in line.
**Masks are requested for those who go to the bathroom. Extra masks are available for those who forget to bring them
**This service will also be broadcast on Facebook Live at 5:00pm and will then be posted on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/ctkbham) for you to listen to or share with your friends at anytime. PLEASE SHARE! |
