Th, 12/05/13, "Day of Praise"
John 15:13 - Jesus said, "Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends."
Looking for the perfect gift to give this holiday? Jesus plainly says that the greatest gift you can give is yourself.
What does that look like? What does it look like to give yourself to someone for Christmas? Here are two simple but profound statements that came my way that have really made me stop and think.
1) People need to let their salvation make it to their face!!!
2) Choose conversation and community over busyness and accumulation.
Think about it! Jesus gave himself with a glow of love on his face as he made time for people. As he came to dwell in us by the Holy Spirit, he will be our strength to do the same.
The perfect gift.
