Life Project for Day of Praise

Dear Friends,

I'm grateful for your regular replies to the daily version of the Day of Praise devotionals.

Additionally, you're so kind when once or twice a year I send out a request like this past weekend when you blessed our daughter Calley immeasurably with your commitment to pray for her as she took the medical school standardized test, which she feels really good about, even though she won't receive her scores for another month or so.

A couple years ago, you responded kindly when we had a world hunger campaign through World Vision on the Super Bowl weekend.

Today, I'm kindly asking your consideration to support my wife, Amanda, and I as we join our community this weekend in walking for Sav-A-Life Shelby. This organization is very familiar to Amanda and I along with our church family and Amanda's coworkers. Many of us support it with our time and money because we believe in its substantial and compassionate Christian counseling for women and families who are desperate for advice and support during a pregnancy. Sav-A-Life Shelby has drastically reduced the number of abortions in Shelby County and has set a goal to see zero abortions in Shelby County by 2020 or sooner.

Moreover, one of our dear friends and church members, Maureen Lynn, has organized a team called Happy Feet. Maureen is currently being trained to be a volunteer counselor where she is most certainly gifted and will make a huge difference in the support of women, families, and unborn children. Since all the support is going to the same ministry, we're glad for you to click on the first link below to support Amanda and me or to click on the second link below to support Maureen's Happy Feet team and add to Maureen's growing team support. In the end, we'll all just be thrilled if you pray for us and this ministry.

Thank you for your prayers and consideration. If you are open to supporting our efforts, please visit the following link:
