Please join us tonight, Tuesday, June 2, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. to fast and pray.
These are extremely troubling times. God's word in Joel 1:14 is clear about what we should do. God says, "Schedule a time to fast! Call for an assembly! Gather the leaders and everyone who lives in the land. Bring them to the temple of the LORD your God, and cry to the LORD for help."
Fasting is the act of not consuming anything of the world, including food and television, but instead to cry out to God in prayer and to listen for his wisdom, direction, and strength.
God put on my heart to encourage you to have your own prayer time from 5 p.m. to at least 6 p.m. and to invite you to join me on a group teleconference prayer time from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. where I'll be sharing scripture and prayer and welcoming the same from all of you who join in.
